VegeTABLE Side Table with Planter
The VegeTABLE is an ingenious side table and decorative planter, all in one. We love multifunctional furniture, especially to maximize space in smaller homes. Made by Formr, all the wood is reclaimed. The special black surface is "alligator" textured with a light blowtorching and hand finishing.

Finished with low-VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) tung oil and black stain. Glass vase (included) rests inside the wood compartment.
VegeTABLE is made with carefully selected wood salvaged from construction sites and handcrafted, making each table one-of-a-kind. The most common salvaged wood type is Douglas Fir. Designed and handcrafted in San Francisco.

The Formr motto is Second chances for people and planet.
Each year more than 500 million tons of construction waste is generated, most of it ending up in overflowing landfills. Formr repurposes carefully selected wood from construction waste into original furniture designs that are built to last.
Formr's San Francisco based workshop also provides jobs for the formerly incarcerated, giving them a chance to start over when most employers turn them away. That’s good design, doing good.
