Shipping Policy

Standard Shipments
Standard shipping for products that are not over-sized will be made via FedEx Ground, UPS or by other common domestic carriers, in the contiguous United States.

Freight Shipments
Some heavier or larger furniture pieces may ship via freight carrier with standard curbside delivery, which means someone will need to be present to receive the shipment from the delivery truck at the time of the scheduled delivery. Bringing the delivery beyond the building threshold, placement of items, and assembly are not included.

Additional delivery services such as white glove delivery are available for an additional fee upon request. If you are in need of additional delivery services, please reach out to us at prior to placing your order, or immediately after placing your order, so we can provide you with a quote. Upgrades to white glove delivery cannot be made once an item is in transit. In some rare instances, white glove delivery may not be an option for all products, and all locations.

Please note that freight or LTL truck carrier shipment transit times can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks depending on the distance and carrier.

Most freight shippers only deliver during regular business hours (9am-5pm, Monday - Friday).

UrbisEco Home is not responsible for any cost incurred due to missed deliveries, issues with severe weather, or deliveries going to a remote location.

Please be careful to provide accurate and reliable contact and shipping information when placing your order at UrbisEco Home. Any charges or losses incurred as a result of our inability to reach you, or inaccurate information, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Damages, Defects & Missing Items:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Damages for small parcel shipments must be reported within 48 hrs by emailing with a minimum of 3 clear digital photos of damaged products and several clear photos of the outer packaging. Claims received after 48 hrs of delivery will not be processed. Customers must keep all packaging materials including the box which the shipment arrived in along with all inside contents. Packaging materials must be kept in the event that an item is damaged or defective. If packaging materials are not kept UrbisEco Home may not be able to process a damage or defect claim.


If your order is delivered via Freight or LTL Truck Carrier, customers agree to inspect goods and account for items before accepting delivery. If the shipment has damage to the boxes or products, missing items, or is incorrect, customers must mark the signed delivery document accordingly. Please take clear photos of any damaged packaging and damaged goods as these will be required for filing a claim. Damages, defects, and missing items must be reported within 48 hours by emailing Please include your order number and several clear photos of the damaged product from all angles, and photos of the outer packaging in your email.Packaging should be kept in order to honor a damage or defect claim.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you sign for a Freight / LTL shipment without noting the damage to outer packaging or product, errors, or missing items on the delivery receipt, you assume liability for all damages or errors and forfeit the right to a claim. All damage claims must be received within 48 hours of your item's arrival. Damages, defects or missing items reported after 48 hours of your item’s arrival cannot be processed. Outer packaging should be kept in order to file a claim.

If you chose to have your Freight / LTL shipment delivered without signature you waive all rights to a future claim. By having your item delivered without signature upon delivery, you also waive the right to inspect the item at the time of delivery. You also waive the right to file any claim due to loss, damage, or theft that may happen after the delivery occurs.


If you receive a product that has an issue other than damage, such as a manufacturer defect, claims must be made within 48 hrs of delivery. Please keep all packaging materials including the box which the shipment arrived in along with all inside contents. Packaging materials must be kept in the event that an item is defective. If packaging materials are not kept UrbisEco Home may not be able to process a defect claim.

Our policy is to replace damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped items. If you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect item that can be remedied with replacement parts or a replacement product, and would prefer a return or refund rather than a replacement, then our normal return policy will apply.This is only applicable for returnable items.


Any damages to home or property during delivery must be noted on the driver's copy of the delivery receipt and reported to within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
